Hot (hatha)

This sequence of classic yoga asana is suitable for all levels of practise and is designed to stretch and strengthen the whole body.  The sequence of asanas in this class stays similar each time with clear cues to develop a better understanding of the practise, and your own body.  This class is a prefect starting point for beginners and modifications are offered for those ready to move deeper into postures.

Vinyasa Flow

Matching movement to breath, vinyasa flow allows you to explore your practise in a more dynamic way.  Incorporating Sun Salutations to your practise helps build strength and control while exploring creative sequences, each instructor will have their own take and style of teaching.

Awakening

Start your day in a positive way by combining pranayama with gentle but energising full body stretch.  Wake up each part of your body, set an intention and build your motivation for the day ahead.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga

Build strength and stamina with this strong flow class.  Explore more complex sequences and advanced postures linked together with Sun Salutations to develop core and upper body strength.

Yoga Tone

Yoga Tone

The most powerful class on our timetable – in this strong flow class we incorporate hand and ankle weights to build strength and stamina and tone up the whole body.  Prepare to sweat a lot!

Yin Yang

Yin Yang

Combining two styles of yoga, Yin Yang links together a slow, gentle flow with longer held more passive Yin postures.  Great for slowing down before bed and releasing tension at the end of the day.

Yin

Yin yoga is a much more passive practise where we hold postures for 2-5 minutes.  This slow, deep stretch allows us to get to know our bodies better and can create a balance for those with very active, busy lives.  Incorporating pranayama and meditation, this class is a great way to slow down at the end of the day.

Restorative

Restorative Yoga

The most chilled out class on our schedule, Restorative yoga encourages deep relaxation by supporting the body completely with props and blankets.  Poses are typically held for 10-15 minutes to allow you to completely rest your body and encourage a more healing and recuperative experience.
